New Customer: Peripheral Vision International

Please welcome Peripheral Vision International (PVI) to the TaroWorks community.

PVI create amazing content for NGOs to promote human rights, innovative new projects and general media literacy in Uganda. They make discs of music videos together with this NGO focused content and distribute these discs to salons, local cinemas and bars – whereever they will reach the largest audience.

“PVI is excited to begin implementing TaroWorks for our operations in Uganda!

Our first integration will use the tool to track and monitor the distribution of Crowdpullerz, a DVD which combines top Ugandan music videos with public service announcements, news, and other social messages. The discs are distributed through field agents to a network of over 20,000 ambient screens such as video halls, beauty salons and long distance buses.

Collecting data on the distribution of the discs has always been a priority for PVI but we look forward to taking the next step – having a robust database in order to better track the business, the clients and the content. We hope the combination of TaroWorks and Salesforce will enable PVI to expand our M&E and understand in more detail the direct impact of this program.”

Leah Newman, PVI

With TaroWorks, they’ll have a much clearer idea of how big their audience is and, therefore, how much impact they are delivering for their partners and donors.

We think PVI have taken up a very unique space in the public information space and are excited to working with them in the years to come.
